Japanese games usually requires Japanese locale (region) to be set in your Windows settings
also Im not sure but there may be issues with running this game on Win10 and Win11

i have the same problem , but when clic start, black screen, but when i press esc , he ask if i would quit the game, i tried in japanese local parameter and normal, same result
