I recently (Back in January 2023) downloaded the games and ran into various problems running Vol. 1 and Vol. 6.Is it possible to get Maho Tama running on Windows 10? because no matter what i do i can't get it to launch, i even tried compatibility mode and launching with JP locale and everything still no dice
Hi have u tried erogos in series as well working on Win10?Hello! I recently (Back in January 2023) downloaded the games and ran into various problems running Vol. 1 and Vol. 6.
Vols 2-5 were easy to run, but Vol. 6 was a little troublesome while Vol. 1 was a nightmare to get running! Thankfully after some many hours, I found a solution but not by me but someone else, a modified crack for vol. 1 made back in 2014!
Everything else I figured out on my own!
Because of how frustrating it was getting them to run, I wrote down notes on how to run the games at the time so you're in luck!

...OH THAT REMINDS ME, when you install the games above it'll install along with them an unnecessary program called "Install Shield Update Manager" which you can uninstall using this program taken from the official EROGOS website when it was still online:

You probably have to give up on it, buddy, unless willing to go down the extremely annoying and not-sure-it-is-worth-to-play-the-game-this-way route with VirtualBox/other emulator mentioned in the thread.Hi have u tried erogos in series as well working on Win10?
After downloading and testing one of the In series games on my Win10 x64 comp, I couldn't get it to run at all unfortunately...however I noticed that the ags.exe file for the In Series are over 1 MB compared to the MahoTama series ags.exe files that are normally around 300 KB so there's probably something to do with that.Hi have u tried erogos in series as well working on Win10?
Great news, Thank You!!After downloading and testing one of the In series games on my Win10 x64 comp, I couldn't get it to run at all unfortunately...however I noticed that the ags.exe file for the In Series are over 1 MB compared to the MahoTama series ags.exe files that are normally around 300 KB so there's probably something to do with that.
But I did some research and found in this article here (Written in Japanese):

that the DLsite version of the In series works on Windows 10 x64 without any modifications so if you want to buy or find those DLsite/DMM/DL ver. (compared to iso/dvdrip versions found online) you can do that.
Hope that helps!
And also can you use the ags.exe for another game as well, lets say you using ags.exe for MahoTama 1 to play Mahotama 2?After downloading and testing one of the In series games on my Win10 x64 comp, I couldn't get it to run at all unfortunately...however I noticed that the ags.exe file for the In Series are over 1 MB compared to the MahoTama series ags.exe files that are normally around 300 KB so there's probably something to do with that.

Most likely not, there were differences in opcodes between the ags.exe between each game for the Love Fetish series, so trying to load up a script from another game would crash the ags.exe, due to the script parser desyncing (expecting arguments, when there are none, or vise versa etc)And also can you use the ags.exe for another game as well, lets say you using ags.exe for MahoTama 1 to play Mahotama 2?

Yup he’s right as I already tried using a different ags.exe on the in-series and it crashed when it ran. Most likely not, there were differences in opcodes between the ags.exe between each game for the Love Fetish series, so trying to load up a script from another game would crash the ags.exe, due to the script parser desyncing (expecting arguments, when there are none, or vise versa etc)
Ello! Sorry I don't have the full save for the game (though I think I know where to look for it on those jp save sites) but there is a full guide that can help ya with the game here:Does anyone have a full save for Mahotana 2? It's the only one without a save in the pack above and I can't find a walkthrough anywhere.
Thanks a lot! Using the save fiel for Mahotama 1 worked.Ello! Sorry I don't have the full save for the game (though I think I know where to look for it on those jp save sites) but there is a full guide that can help ya with the game here:

Good ol' Mahotama!
Edit: I found the save data for Mahotama 2 here!

Apparently the save data for Mahotama 1 can work with Mahotama 2 for a complete save so you can just search in the webpage " まほ☆たま スク水編" and download the file next to it or you can just transfer the complete save for Mahotama 1 that you already have to Mahotama 2 and it should work as well I hope!
Hope this helps ya out and your welcome!
Actually I used google to search for it too and looked through the user's past posts for the guide as I was aware of their guides since last year when I looked up Mahotama. Thanks a lot!
And well, that's my cue to finally stop using google and switch to DuckDuckGo. When looking for a guide, I explicitly added "fuwanovel" to the search bar, but Google only pointed to a guide to the fifth title, Oshaburi-hen. I have NO IDEA how that happened, but I guess that's the sorry state of that site nowadays.
I will, thanks!Actually I used google to search for it too and looked through the user's past posts for the guide as I was aware of their guides since last year when I looked up Mahotama.
Yup! Also I don't like DuckDuckGo as whenever I search anything on there it's very inconsistent and not reliable. I prefer google but to each their own heh.
Hope you enjoy!
Your welcome! ^^I will, thanks!
Well, I just tested it and at least DuckDuckGo presented the guide on the very first result, lol. Lots of people do complain about it, though; guess I'll try some other alternatives as well.
I posted a torrent file above plus instructions on installing the game and so on!Where is the link to pirate this game?
