Progression's a bit annoying, but you can just use cheat engine to skip it (see the stats page for more info on that). I got no idea how to cum (curse my lack of linguistic prowess), but besides that seems pretty good. Just uh, it's not something that's either PC or VR. It's only VR.

I'm not too sure on how to do that, but the game came with an APK file, so presumably you might be able to use your phone? not really sure how that'd work, but it might be better than nothing.

As much as I've tried and risked downloading bloated android emulators, no it's definitely made specifically for VR. Not even the APK can be emulated in PC, so it needs a VR-capable device. I don't really have an android device so couldn't test the APK in a native device myself, hopefully google cardboard or other cheap VR+smartphone setups can play it.

Even the official readme requires the game to be played alongside a VR equivalent software to use in conjunction with your VR hardware.
