Can anyone recommend a good free wiki site? I want to make a wiki for a game listed here but have no idea where to start.

is not a good idea, there were instances where adult wikis were banned.To start an independent wiki, you will need a dedicated server (webhosting) & wiki software.

if no explicit image were planned to be included in wiki, then fandom is good choice for wider accessibility
but the downside is for every page you open (if there's multiple tab) they eat a lot of resources
plus the new implementation of ucp is buggy till now
i tend one wiki there and sometimes my edits crashes and had to purge my cache periodically
some games in f95 that use fandom: the company, free cities
the lighter option could be miraheze, it's so smooth and use the latest version of mediawiki, unlike fandom
the downside is the traffic to that site is way lower and kinda obstructed by seo, dunno why
just don't expect too many flashy customization on miraheze, because their appearance in general is lean closer to wikipedia than to fandom, you'll notice that minimalist appearance save load-up time and use less resources
