It's best to name it anonymously like FLfiles.zip or something so the host doesn't see it as something that needs review. It can even be encrypted and share the pass so that the host can't check it.

If it needs to be split smaller for file size, right-click a subfolder and in Windows 10, choose send to > compressed. In Windows 11, it's right-click > compress. Or use an app like Bitser or 7-zip.
