I'll admit that I like big breasts, but you have a point. Sure, there's macromastia, but they aren't shaped all perky when they get that big. That size with the perky shape would mean massive amounts of augmentation, whereas I prefer the shape of natural big breasts.

I know from previous studies, both through education and independent study, that medically speaking the average penis length is around 5 inches and the vagina can range from 3 to 7 inches. If a dev thinks some massively incorrect proportions are a good idea it's best to just ignore them.
They probably aren't interested in making a scene you find appealing, and if thats the case theres no knowing what is their intention.
Maybe it has something to do with the devs not masturbating to their own works and just making wild assumptions because of poor feedback.
