Unpack the game, throw the patch with English translation and decensorship with file replacement into the game folder.
Run Yukari.exe through the Japanese locale.

If anyone is getting error 12 when opening the exe file, try deleting the save data. It solved the error at least for me.

Figuring out the scenes from the JAP version was a nightmare.

If i remember correctly:

Go into the savedata folder within the game.
Right click the config file and open it with a text document, such as Notepad

Scroll down and there will be a bunch of sp01010, sp01020, sp01031 and so on.
If the last number is a 0, it means that scene isn't unlocked in the gallery.
Therefore, change any number that ends with a 0 to 1.
So: sp01010 -> sp01011
sp01020 -> sp01021

This will at least unlock all the scenes in the gallery.

tried this on the after story and was able to unlock all scenes except the images on the last page...any idea how to bypass/unlock those?

If you replace only the decensor files and launch it from the Japanese shortcut, at some point it will start throwing an error.
You need the latest version of the game, and you can launch it normally from the English shortcut.
The normal version is a few messages higher.
