my advice would be the original monster girl quest, contrary to what it looks like, its more of a puzzle game. each encounter is fixed, character progression as well, so there's not really much variation. im sure its still not what you are looking for, but unless you want a futa or dom with pegging, the only other one i can think of is "the prison" https://f95zone.to/threads/the-prison-v1-02-jinjonkun.27673/
it is rpg maker, its not an rpg(from what i played). its heavy femdom.
