I submitted my patreon page before one week, but it's still showing "Under review". (even subscribestar page also on the review)
how much time (days) takes for review in patreon and subscribestar?
and how to post my game in f95?

Either you want to be OP of the thread, and you create the thread in the game request section following the template, then you report the thread asking for a moderator to move it in the right place.
Or you don't care (or don't want) about being OP, and you gently ask an uploader to create the thread, giving him a link to your game.

As far a Patreon's review process goes... the thread below is probably the clearest couple of messages I've seen from someone who's actually been through the review process.
