About Waifu Academy the sister in the sexy restaurant there she is only doing the lightest stuff which is more like Animefanservice and about the trainrape scene this is actually planned because the girl tried to blackmail the Protagonist so he is leading her there into a trap. Only after it she is one of the pc's girls. Before that, she is more of an antagonist.
What is happening is that after the restaurant one stare is blackmailing prota to get him a girl to a session so he can devour her but the Player manages it so that he has an epic fail.
