I saw that one! I played the demo when it came out and it was pretty alright all things considered. Im looking at some of the reviews now and it seems like its the rhythm game the adult space needed, something simple in practice and can be expounded upon with modifiers, beat switches, and much more.
Sorry for necro, theres is also one called "リズム痴漢", which sometimes I try to remember. Probably the robot chikan that you guys mentioned before.

I looked at it and it seems kinda rough around the edges...

Oh shit, that first game is muse dash but porn, doesn't look half bad. As for Waifu Fighter it got rebranded as Feminist Fist and its pretty simplistic even for a rhythm game. Cheers mate
