Most of videos are unavailable for legal reasons. The rest of the videos are not bad on average, but uneven (one scene shows compression artifacts, another is visually indistinguishable from original). Thanks for inserting subtitles and not compressing the audio. These videos are good for previewing and extracting audio/subtitles. Cheers for work and av1/mkv promotion.

It's a personal collection I've done over the year. Id have to relook at them individually. I remember scrutinizing them and my AV1 compressions in the past and being satisfied with the outcome.

I always recommend saving the raw uncompressed files for the best quality.

Great collection; will you be updating it?

Rinhee tends to release the unsubbed raw with smi files, then hardsubbed english and korean versions. The hardsubbed versions are compressed, and the size can be as much as 1GB smaller than the original raw.

I realized that for some of my conversions I used the already compressed hardsubbed rinhee files, so Im gonna re-encode them with the higher quality raws. The quality of the AV1 files should look much better as a result. Thanks for the collection, it helped me in that.
