Cause no one has gotten around to removing the flag. Virustotal no longer detects anything on it and one of the compressors downloaded it and did a local scan on it which found nothing. In short it likely got pinged by a false positive which has since been fixed.

F95 uses a different one, it might not get fixed, you will just have to click the box that says "I agree" and download it anyway.

I mean F95 more than likely uses a different one for their system.
There other posts like that on F95 that are just fine but say VIRUS.

More information is needed to know what the issue is.
Did you download the "correct" mod? The one with the -v is vanilla mod, which means "no incest".
There isn't much so, make sure to double check.
I want to mention that the Unlock feature doesnt work properly. It just unlocks the Scenes but not the renders and if you go back from the renders tab to the scenes tab, the unwatched ones are locked again.

I patch is working as intended and I was surprised to see the one as attachment having virus in front, but after checking the link to virus total, seems is clean so download without any worries. Beside LightmanP is known (at least since i discovered his mods) to be clean in his uploads and have quality mods.

You mean how you can turn it off? As far I know there is no way in game, so the only option is to reinstall the game fresh, in a new folder so that means not in the current one.

Multi-mod have a version that contains I-patch and works for the entire game. The Standalone I-patch is defunct now for quite a long time so the only way to have it up to date is the multi mod. Make sure you download the correct one, as there are 2 versions, one of them being vanilla (default game relationships) and the other being incest. Vanilla have a -V in the name.
