Almost 5/5, but there isn't quite enough variety of characters. They're all on very good terms with the MC and cheery. All of them. But that isn't bad, just not 5th star.

H stuff: 4.9/5
This was both visually stimulating, well written, well set yup scenes, had a few different kinks here and there (nothing crazy).

I don't give 5/5, because thee is always something better.
If there is something that has better than this, I'd love to see it.

The greatest quality of all Honey Select games. I really like this game. The story is fascinating, and the characters are unique and likable, I love all of them. Each character has his own personality, approach, and beauty! Never seen beautiful honey select girls like the ones in Ripples. From Skylar to Jessica, all are incredibly hot, Is really hard to refuse their love Writing is good, It's understandable and simple. Animations are amazing, lewd, and no. Oh and don't forget about sounds, very top especially in this update with the rock/metal sound \m/ during the Skylar event . I'm sure this game will be one of the tops on this site and for me already is one. My list of favorite games and girls increased thanks to your game! 5 stars and 200% recommended.

This is a first rate game.
It has a great story line that has me eager for the next chapter. The characters are good looking and the dialogue is great.

I'm a big fan of VN's and find sandbox for the most part a grindy pain. This one, being a VN, is perfect for my tastes.

The options for choice are not fake like a lot of games and it allows you to select or reject most of the girls. There is no blue balling for the MC but the game does not rush things and allows a nice progression of action.

Episode 2 has heaps of content and I really hope episode 3 is not too far away.

This was an easy 5 star game for me and I wish the dev. lots of success in the future

Good Points
+ We have good visual quality, and visually the game looks better, and better which each update, especially animations we had in v0.8.0 for natural stuff was pretty neat.
+ Animations have pretty good physics. Espacilly Krystal tits shake animations was mesmerising... And they are long enough. They are not like 1 second loops. Lots of them have at least 3 second loops and its pretty good.
+ Sex scenes have lots of position and their angles looks quite good as well. Espacilly scenes like Cindy's feels pretty hot.
+ DEV spends time for details like manga/anime collection inside of Alyssa. Those was looking great and they were like inside of context it wasn't like he just copy and paste some png's to there. Or eye and lip line details etc.. Lots of thing have pretty little details and that's gives immersive part to game.
+ Story seems interesting and storytelling wasn't bad either. We have some serious mysteries and I'm looking forward to learn them with new updates. Plus we have some good sense of humor in story aswell
+ At v0.8.0 MC told the whole truth to his aunt/jenny, that was interesting for sure.
+ We have enough content for main story and adult story.
+ Stabby Mike's cameo in update 0.7 was damn funny
+ The update v0.8.0 had some AI songs made by the developer itself, and they are quite good, in fact he even given link for people wanna download, and listen.

Bad Points
- Some of girls need little bit improve/chance, some has bad hairs, some has little bit too plain bodies, and some can use some facial feature changes. For example Krystal's hair is bad, and her lust demon cosplay hair was neat, that hair should be her main hair. Same goes for Jessica's hair, it's just looks bad. And Darci, she really can use some changes for her body.
- Riley's sex scene in 0.6.0 was quite illogical with not having any option like before, and having mixed paths with no choice given to player.
- With v0.8.0 we got new menus, and they do looks fancy, but faster menus always better, so adding option to make transition to save/load screen from menu instant, instead of having that transition effect would be great.
- Party content at v0.8.0 was neat, but it had lots of annoying limitations, and choices blocked some scenes, and that's not nice.
- Despite the visual improvements feet in this game is still ugly AF.
- 1999 girls are way better, and it's concerning considering 1999 is not MC's timeline.
- Updates takes too much time, the game is 5 years old, and nowhere close to end.

For The End
It's pretty good game, worth playing for sure.

Ep 1 review
So the game is still in the early phase but i can assure anyone who is going to try it that it has very nice story and lewd scenes. Ep 1 is very promising and would recommend others to play too.
Renders are very nice and cute and so are the personalities of other characters in the game. My fav is darcie currently due to her awesome character and it looks cute when she tells about her stories. The main plot of the game quickly changes after the school visit and investigation part starts. So for main story the game got it good and the animations are also very good for this first release.
It may compete with others like Once in a lifetime, waifuacademy, my realdesire etc once it gets the attention it gets. May the 5 star rating motivate the developer not to abandon the ship in mid game.

Really impressive game:

The narrative so far is top notch, even if it may look too grim right out of the gate;

The character models are simple and clean, which is actually good for a timely release schedule and to give more focus to how the story unfolds (instead of going for complex renders that take way too much time and effort for little result). Everything looks gorgeous and fluid, striking a good balance between plot and eye candy;

The choices so far seem to matter, as there is this feeling that the player can't make everyone happy on the same play-through. There is depth to the characters, and the girls "sound" like actual people with their own agenda - even if said agenda is sometimes dictated by their raging hormones (...but hey, no one would complain about that on an adult VN, amirite?);

The sound design is eerie and alluring, and I would love to get a taste of a certain licensed song that plays quite the plot role on this first episode... The late 90's seem to play a big part on how the story will unfold, so even if the creator can't get a hold of the rights for a lot of music right away, my Spotify / Deezer playlist surely changed a bit after the game.

Overall, keep an eye on this one and back it up on Patreon if you 've got the spare bucks, as the author is just starting out and seems to be quite talented!

Entertaining characters/dialog, attractive models, and very impressive attention to detail in the animations (lip and cheek physics during blowjobs, for instance). That, plus the fact that the initial release gave me over an hour of gameplay, makes this a must-watch game for me.

Loved it! Not stingy on the sex scenes and has a good plot with matching descriptive text.

When I got close to the end of the game it gave me a Timestamps Unconditional Love kinda feel but that's fine by me as that game is awesome too.

Can't wait to see how this game turns out next although I do hope things don't stay in the past, was building up a pretty good pool of hot snatch.

hello, all.
this is perhaps a tad too early in the game development to have a comprehensive review, so i'll probably have this revisioned during the upcoming updates — presuming, of course, there will be several of them.

the first good thing about Ripples: i actually expect future updates, for the game is based on a solid and inspiring plot. although copulation (meaning: fapping) is present during most of the first chapter, this isn’t the game’s main focus; there’s a captivating story here that compels the player just to keep trying it further.
hence i hope Ripples doesn’t go abandoned.

The Pros

• the graphics’ quality — animations included — is fine; yet, there’s always room for improvement;

• MC seems legitimate; he’s neither some below-60-IQ dude who is desperate to bang every living being nor the cliche old coot being held in an 18 y.o. body with rather deep insights on life. i found him a little too mature at times, but still plausible. his personal story has a nice curve imbued to it, and the surrounding girls (especially his lifelong friend) have emotional depth as well. once again: there’s room for improvement.

The Cons

• too many Engrish inaccuracies; the text should get a significant proofreading;

• also, the game size is too large for a first chapter. perhaps a good graphical compression is in order?

Very nice game, great animations, all the females look incredible and love the story, can't wait to see what happens in the future updates. I really recommend following this game. allready i have 2 different saves for different story decisions, and started wondering if there are even more.

now i already talked about the characters how great they are and how well they are introduced but i just wanna talk more of them they are the stars of this game i am seriously impressed with how fast i fell in love with every character in the game not many games can instantly make me feel in love with the characters in less then 20 minutes i feel like i know these characters i dn't know how to explain it you will just have to play the game to find out all i can say the are amazing right from the start again

now for the lewd scenes in this game i don't wanna spoil them but what i can say is they are amazing much much better than 90% of other honey select games and the way they are paced with just enough context is amazing

I'm usually not into sci-fi, but if it's good enough the genre isn't an issue. And it is plenty good! The story and the characters are well-written. And it's always a good sign when you are desperate for the game to have a harem route, because you don't want to pick, well you do want to pick, pick them all!The animations are looking good.
