RPGM - Completed - Riruru: The Wife Who Used To Be A Magical Girl [v1.0] [Ringokai]

The basic setting is quite good, which is the only thing this game has in it's favor. Magical milf is an uncommon genre.
This game is a buggy mess.
Most of the progression scenes unrepeatable, reverts back to first harassment scene after getting it, making route progression slower and invalidating the pregnancy mechanic
Corruption (deterioration) increases by 10 every day and doesn't go down unless you win fights (for 1 point per fight), which takes quite a while
Can only interact with each character once per day, combined with many scenes not repeating properly makes grinding take a while and not worth it - you'll repeat the basic harassment scene 25 times or so just to see one character's other four scenes. Other than the boss cgs, the other scenes all use the same 5 cgs.
Recollection only shows cgs, not scenes. It does this on a timer instead of allowing you to flip through as well.
Bad ends are triggered through relationship / stat progression, so once you get to 200, seeing a character's scene will end the game and restart. If you get the slut end and save afterwards, there is no way to continue without restarting.
Deterioration doesn't increase if you don't rest through the night, but scenes are also still locked from the previous day
If you transform it triggers enemies to spawn inside the city that are stronger than the final boss - even if you have enough defense to make the final boss hit for 0 you still can't beat them. Escape is also greyed out.

could really use a fan patch to allow you to edit your progression statistics / fix scenes to be repeatable / edit stats freely.
Until then, this game isn't worth the time.

This is the first RPGM, ntr game that I have played seriously and this game is what made a fan of those tags.

Combined with the machine translation (Yes, I am referring to the broken English) I enjoyed it, in fact this is probably the first adult game I actually enjoyed and played more than a day.

I don't understand the poor review but I hope it will get the recognition it deserves, along with the game of same genre, made by same dev.

I remember these; there were several games with basically this exact premise released in a clump a few years back. They're all disappointing.

Art's fine, at least for the porn. Everything else is standard RPGMaker chipset that everybody's seen a billion times.

Writing is ....Japanese. Translation's alright on a technical level but the intro blurb will make most players facepalm. The original writing wasn't deep to begin with.

Porn's boring. NTR with pregnancy should be an instant win for me, but there's no weight to either. Nothing in the writing or the porn has any buildup or payoff and the "corruption" is just a numerical gate-off to keep you grinding for porn.

What DOES stand out is how many tiny annoyances are baked into the gameplay. Every animation has a midpoint about a second long that just <stops> and can't be skipped. If I didn't know any better I'd swear they were waiting for microtansactions. Some of the maps like the MC's home are eyegouging to look at, and the battlefuck/combat/whatever mess is horribly balanced.

TLDR: Had a crash kick me out of the game and didn't feel I lost anything.
