The story is a cliche and there is very little to the characters. The sister is hot and cold. First she hates you, but inexplicably starts masturbating in front of the MC, then willing to trade sex for an investigation by a cop who lost her car keys? Don't worry; I don't know what the fuck I'm talking about either.
The english translation is terrible. Worse than most games. At times it's difficult to understand what a character is trying to communicate.
Worse yet, early in the game there is very little guidance on what to do. It's not clear from the dialogue and there is no hint system. Within the first 10 minutes of playing, I had to search the game forum to find out what I was supposed to do next. The forum was filled with others who had the same problem. What about a walkthrough? Oh yeah, that's what you get for the $10 Patreon tier.
