Here's the situation as far as I've read into it. The patreon is under review, Family Breeding still needs to be finished, and as of right now this demo remains as a demo with this place and the Itchio Page as its only means to access. It is going to be re-worked into a game that has not materialized. That's it. The reason you can't find it and the official website still has "Rise of the Outcast Hero" listed is likely due to not having the time to update it let alone re-attribute the currently available assets. "My Demon Family" has not reached anything outside of a planning stage for revision. At least that is how I interpret what's been discussed so far. This demo will remain stagnant but its ideas and maybe characters will be re-worked into another game after the completion of "Family Breeding". Hope that clears up some confusion. The Devs are free to weigh in on this and provide a bit more context for why it had to be abandoned.

Dev's abandoned half of their games - two properly, and one they slapped a "completed" label on despite it being hilariously unfinished and half-assed. Wouldn't hold your breath from anything coming out of Whiteleaf.

Yeah I am not a fucking idiot to support a developer that fucking drops games. I support a few developers and they have a running track record that is proven otherwise no way in hell. I have stopped following any of this idiot developers games sick of these developers that ARE NOT developers because if you was you would finish the damn game.

People are dumb.
It's just a fact of life at this point that 90%-99% of people you meet are probably room-temp IQ.
There's another dev that does the same thing (Can't remember their name), and they're still supported.
If Paytreon only allowed payment on actual content releases, thing would be a lot better for consumers, but they won't ever implement that.
It'd probably cut their annual income by 1%-10%.
It's exactly why I only support for a month to get the current version of what I want, then cancel and wait.

Its a shame this was abandoned, My Demon Family is so much worse. That games just a bunch of super similar looking characters with cosplay horns on
