I mean how to translate it using mtool or maybe just send the files so everyone new can get it too

I mean, basically all you have to do is download mtool from
You must be registered to see the links
then once it's installed, open mtool, just find the .exe (application) file, then drag and drop it into the mtool UI and it'll try to auto-translate. (been a minute since I've used it, so I might be missing a few steps, but it's not that hard to figure out)
