I finally remembered, this reminds me of Croix x Scramble, a similar game in mechanics.
Though I like this one more mostly because Hanauna.

Updated OP. New patch that fully translates the game's opening and 3 lewdness level up scenes. Also, some battle fuck text and system messages.
The main bulk of ingame text is in Common Events, and that's what I've been mostly focusing these past few days. Translated a decent chunk of it. More soon.
