this game need guide or you will struck for like 3 hours liike me
use this link with gg translate if you can't read jp (this is trial version guide but it should help you to get the grip of the game so you don't struck for 3 hours like me)

basically you progress through normal route and there will be certain decision on the way that will take you to bad guys route , if you can avoid those decision you will avoid NTR route and continute to progress through normal route
