One scene will be unlocked if you don't H with her for a period of time. Then when you'll go to her room - she'll be masturbating. I think you need to do this twice in order to be able to enter her room while she's doing it.
Another scene is when she's already at the last lewd stage (or maybe if Love Potion was used. Not sure.) and you watch Adult Movie together in the evening. Though this one gets stuck on loading screen for me. Never was able to get it.
And third scene you're missing I haven't found yet.

How did you get the last (bottom left) scene?

As for the scenes, using this image as a reference and how to get them:

From left to right:
1. After building your relationship enough, peek on her at the bath.
2. With enough lewdness and higher relationship, she will wear this in the kitchen, talk to her.
3. With enough lewdness, go to your bedroom and a "take a break" option can pop up over the bed during the day, click on it.
4. You might find her on the couch sometimes, just click on her and press tease.
5. After building up your relationship, you get a mail about the beach, talk to her about it and you can travel there early in the day, do this repeatedly and the scene unlocks.
6. With enough lewdness, press "outing" but instead of going anywhere, just go back home and you will find her masturbating in your bedroom if you go there.
7. With enough lewdness and if she keeps being horny, you might find her masturbating in her own bedroom, do this repeatedly until you get the option to walk in on her.
8. High enough lewdness and after buying a lewd movie, late at night you can watch that lewd movie with her. (Alert, This scene seems to be bugged as of 1.0 for many players)
