You fish for it. It has a very low chance of dropping. Try fishing with the best rods and upgrades you can find, and the developer said that you don't actually need any story progression to find the password in the lake.

Tbh, I don't really want to use cheat engine for certain reasons.
Also I only need all unused skill points to choose the skills that i want to test out or so so at day 1
