Unfortunately for me that translator doesn't work. I tried following the tutorial video but several things don't match, such as the start button being greyed out

Yeah, I havent had time to make a new video with the v2 version that I removed things to ideally streamline the usage of it but doesnt change the wya in how you hook it to a game to use it, what "isnt working" in the client for you?
Also the Server Start button being greyed out is because it requires an active patreon subscription, it says on the left said of the Server app if you are using the v2 client (the torrent includes the outdated Server v1 open/public version too which doesnt have that)

Now I'm having problems with getting it to translate I have the text but it won't translate it

Game called Made by Maid and there are a lot of well made animations.(around 30 different poses)

Animations here is on Illusion quality level. You even can play mini game by filing orgasm bar.
