Hey, somebody made another translation, that based on the screenshots and a bit of playtesting (not doing the whole 12 hours again), seems to be inferior work to the one you're posting.

I don't know what the process is for having it replaced, but if you do, yours definitely seems better. Less MTL'd phrasing and better formatting, the UI translations especially are much clearer in your version.

I don't think you've answered as to whether this is an edited MTL or a real translation, but in either case yours is higher quality and clearly has more effort put into it.

nnjagnga333 It doesn't matter to me. Everyone can choose what version/translation they want to play. From my experience, people don't care about quality anyway. Just look at how many people use mtool to get gibberish translation. Besides, I'd rather not have many people play this version since maybe that will increase the sales once the offical version comes out. Although who knows what the quality of that will be. And I was shocked to see they plan to release the localized version in 2027. ROFL :)

As to how this version was translated, I contacted the author, and he said something along these lines.

He used paid versions of ChatGPT 5.1 and SuperGrok to assist with the translation. He translated scene by scene, line by line, as he said "manually". I guess he meant that he copied and pasted each line after confirming the translation made sense. It took him three weeks with spending about 12 hours a day to complete the translation. He said he was pretty lax towards the end as he just wanted to be done with it. He used GIMP to edit and translate UI pictures.
