I finally got this thing done. More details on my site if you care to read, but I redid the entire translation using a whole bunch of AI/ML stuff several different ways... it was surprisingly easy to "train" these tools to give me the output I wanted based on previous lines and what google/deepl/chat-gpt/etc translated the line as. The age of machines comes for us all, I suppose.

This "patch" is actually a whole renpy game, and it requires the ns2 files from the original game (specifically the latest update, Ver1.1) on startup so it can extract images and audio from them.

Please leave any feedback, corrections, etc in this thread.

The translation is good enough for a MTL, thanks for the effort and sharing. Scene Replay is not working for me, it gives the message bellow.

"An exception has occurred.

IOError: Couldn't find file 'images/thr/ev03.png'. "

Thanks for the report, if you can provide any of the following it can help me figure out what's going on:

• Version of the game you are using (It was only with the latest version from DLSite, since older versions floating around are missing scenes)
• What files are in "game/images/thr" after the initial setup runs and extracts things
• The md5 hashes of "00.ns2" and "01.ns2"
• The contents of the ns2 files if you extract them with another tool like

  (Is "images/thr/ev03.png" there?)

It looks like you had 2 copies of the same ns2 file maybe? Not sure, but that is my best guess since they are both the same size in your screenshot. Your ns2 files are also significantly larger than mine, mine are about 100 MB each vs yours being over 150MB.

There is no such link in this thread, and I'd prefer it to stay that way. It can be found various places (make sure you get the latest 1.1 version), but I would encourage you to buy the original from DLSite to show support for this type of work.

It wouldn't be hard for someone to package the images and stuff then even release that on this site as a full game, but I will not be doing so myself and will only be looking for feedback/bugs/etc here.

In case you do go searching elsewhere for it, here are the hashes of the ns2 files when I downloaded the game directly from DLSite that you can compare against to make sure you get the correct/latest version.
