It's behind the left picture in a room with 3 pictures. You have to get a chair in order to take the picture down. You can find the chair in a room with a fireplace.

• Now a slight problem on my end was that I never got the code the intended way. The code is behind the left picture in the room with 3 pictures and to take those down you need to get a chair in the room with a fireplace. Never found said chair though so thanks to kkthxbb22 for just giving the password (3348)

The chair is in the parrot room. My bad.
