How do you even start the fight against the King? I already have max relationship with all main NPCs and rebuilt the whole town and dungeon.

You need to hunt Arthur at Rusty Valley. He appears randomly so just flee if he isn't and redo again until you find him.

how do you use this?

Download the Cheat table(the one that I attached) and download cheat engine, then open it and at process list look for the game. After that you can drag&drop the cheat table, or open it and after that look for the game.

If there are any problems (cause there could be) it's because you use a newer or older version. I don't know if that affects it...

It's not a nicely done cheat table for cheat engine, but a quite usable one for resources and money.
