Alright, some nice things first: The game works. You click on rock, paper or scissors and you get to see naked ladies. That's all there is. Rock, paper, scissors isn't exactly an interesting game, even if you play it "strategically". Click, click, click. Naked woman. More clicking. Another naked woman. Peak game design.
