I'm having the same problem above, the game will crash the instant i load it and i have the same issues above has. Seems to be issues with the second game pack, tried playing the game with the first and 3rd pack and it loaded with no issue that i saw.

If the code modders want to add them to the game as other cloth options of replacement to some of the current ones that's fine just credit me for the work, uses can added them via the UnRen batch file program by replacing the current extracted files with the files I uploaded.

well after a week of code mapping and some tinkering with my code snippets i have come to a startling conclusion. This is goin take a while (Groan!) anywho, another thing i notice is i not sure how much of the original game is goin be left with all my changes. So i have a choice and i hope i can get come input from you guys. choice 1: completely recode it to the way i think the game should work and HOPE that it is compatible with Oni and other modders updates. Choice 2: i just add stuff to the current code base and have my OCD torture me on how bad i did. Or choice 3: just do my own version of the game, starting from scratch and giving Oni props as "inspired by... etc etc". Im thinking either doin a alternate version called Rogue-like : The Brotherhood or do my full marvel universe on called With Great Power... (and yes this isnt your friendly Uncle Ben's Quote (Grin)). Let me know what ya think guys, will help me decide where im goin head next, until then im keep workin on my 3D frame.

The "lets hope its work" doesn't sound too promising, more like much source of annoyance and contant nagging untill you make it right. If you can make it work more or less right then this version would be best as it would be a mod that adds to the game and we like this game.
You can be sure that there will always be voices that would like a merge. So without being the voice of any parties inolved or anything in my experience the general crowd prefers (me included) a mod that is compatible with all the rest and a game that handles all the mods without much fuss. Thus your best (aka popular) choice would be to make a mod that is compatible with the base game and/or the mod the guys doing here. Personally, i like this expanded mod. I'd like to keep it and if you make a new mod i'd like to be able to use them both (if yours is to my liking). This means that i for example would prefer that you'd be addig to this mod instead over making a new but incompatible one.
Unless you'd make a whole new game of course, that so-called alternate version. Full marvel universe is too big
But frankly, i'm kinda fell in love with rogue-like (as a harem/trainer thingy kinda game) and its so sad that noone just copies the concept and execution it or make something very similar.Please add the ability to bang rogue through her torn stockings and garterbelt like in the current latest Oni build!

We're looking to do some fairly big changes down the road (when the game reaches it's final version), so if you want to make it compatible, then it might be best to wait.
Like I've said before, you're welcome to join us if you're looking to contribute. If you're looking to start your own mod then please create a thread for it so we can keep it separated.
Does anyone know another way to be able to talk with Laura? Can you meet her after that 1 scene with her?

I am putting the 3 files in the game folding and extracting the files, but yes they do seem to replace all the files. I am using a program called 7-zip.

I thought the 3 .rar filles added more to Laura than what is in the Github build.
So my opinion would be to keep it compatible and try to add to the other contributors, the reason being more can be accomplished with more working for the same goal. When ONI reaches the end or gives up on the project, then it would be the time to polish up the whole code it would seem to me. Then if you all wanted to expand further you could.
The problem with option 3 is it would not really mesh with the current storyline... yeah I know who is playing a porn game for the story elements. the girls are attracted to our character is because he nullifies their powers, and for each of them the taking away their powers gives them something unique. For Rogue it is the ability to touch somebody for the first time, for Kitty is inability of being able to get away from a situation (I was hoping ONI would give Kitty a bondage/punishment fetish or something, but so far only mod has tapped into that), with Emma the inability to see someones mind and how they will react. What really makes this work is all these characters had their powers forced upon them, and our character allows them to experience life without them for once.
The number of storylines for other mutant characters is pretty wide open too when you look at it from this angle.
So if you wanted to do an inspired by game, you would probably need to rework the main characters powers and story because may of other marvel heroines chose and accept their powers.

ok well, since you guys have pretty adamant about keeping things the way they are for now, im goin change gears a bit and do a couple of things. First, i was wondering is anyone would shoot me if i added another character to the mod version. I really wanna see if im good enough to do something own my own and i was thinking of add some "dark meat" to the game. Yes, i mean storm.. only problem im having on the mapping is what will her reason for being at the school other than being an xmen. I know that she has been a professor in both evolution and comics as well as headmistress, which im leaning towards.
but before this, i would like permission from whomever did mystique, to do some tweeks on her, coding and graphics wise. just feel she needs more scenes to work with other than her room and classroom. i feel kinda silly asking this being im pretty sure i know the answer already, just kinda new at this open contribution thing.
also, anyone know where the backgrounds for the bedrooms and stuff are? Just feel rogue, kitty and the MC rooms need more personality, posters and stuff, but i cant find them in images file.

More characters are always welcome! And the only way to know if the general crowd is pleased with what you are capable of is to do it. Just add it, its a mod after all and we'll see, yes?Storm is awesome, but really the character is irrelevant in a sense that right now the only thing that matters if you can add in a character; if it works. The plot coherency is secondery so don't be shy, add in someone and lets see how it works! You can work on all the backstory details later. Have i mentioned that Storm is awesome? Before her serious change in looks or after it? Classic look or punkchick style?

Do you already have the art for Storm? I think @Tinymanhood and @MK78 are already adding some stuff for Mystique, you could talk with them. Storm could be a counselor, idk.

We're trying to do things more organized now, and we won't be adding anything that gets posted here. We have a group chat for the team and we use Github to add stuff. I'm not sure if my posts gets overlooked, but I've already said this a couple of times over the past few days.
