Oni's squirrel girl looks absolutely dreadful. Stupid face, ugly, fat body and a furry tail on top of that. So many better options like.... almost any female character in Marvel universe.

The art is fine, and I'm down for a fuller-figured girl. That said though, I don't think that Squirrel Girl would be my first choice for girl 5.

A black character like Storm would be so much better and would bring a refreshing change without going full animal. Something like Spider-Gwen wouldn't be bad either.

I agree that his Squirrel girl version is... kinda... off. Like really.
But I hope it will be Jubilee (90's version > evolution version) or Scarlet Witch (evolution version > 90's version).
Or even Boom Boom. Or Squirrel Girl but with a much better design =p

See, for a downfall to occur there needs to be an certain scale, progress, which is not the case with Oni.

The fact Oni is even considering Squirrel Girl over Evolution Jean Grey is worrying. Jean is a logical next step that fits another archtype. (Like Kitty being the mousey girl next door, Laura the tomboy, Rogue the goth, etc.)

I don't like Jean all that much yet i'm not using this as an excuse to shove my-little-pony girl down x-men fan throats. But to be fair i really reeeally hope that, since this is a vote choice actually, this option won't get anywhere near winning.
