Non-addictive Mode isn't much of a time vampire as male Zero, so apparently more head pats are the answer as female Zero.

I play the non-addicted setting with the prime mod as female zero.
Befriending Laura unlocks the Pain Slut ability. Then you can already give light slaps on the bottom while kissing. After a while, the ladies become pain sluts themselves and are very easy to bring to orgasm. That helps immensely in befriending them.
Gifts from the mail also help immensely. clothes, sex toys and books. Going on dates (just as friends *wink*) also helps push the bars up.
Only in the case of Jean do I advise not to use the love bar, at least at the beginning. Better to base all interactions on loyalty with her. Even if the love value ends up in the negative, it always goes back to zero after a short while.

Hey, I can speak on this now! I can confirm that the game doesn't fully accept you transitioning. I started as Valorie, I supposedly fully transitioned into Vincent, the transitioning dialogue happened, but the girls still call me Valorie.
