Is the Android port not available?

The only Android version of the game that I know of is the Prime Mod. And it is still up to version 1.4e.
Prime says he will only update the mod once the new version of the game is stable.

Well that's confusing... Not sure why the Psylocke image from the mod side of all things Rogue-Like was deleted, given I'm the team member who was/is working on her. Was also intended as a comparison against what Oni made vs what the modding community was/is planning.

With how long it took to implement here Oni might as well have waited till she was done to drop her. People are already hooked on the game just be upfront about what you're doing and why it's taking long and most people will keep supporting him

It seems to be. Though I think it doesn't happen to everyone. I had the same version twice, the first time I had absolutely no trouble. Once I reinstalled it has been broken. I should reinstall it to see if works, instead I just bang her from behind
