Look for a file called UnRen.bat. Pressing 3 once in the menu will activate the console. There is also the manual way of doing it, but I'd rather not explain it unless you cant find UnRen or if you really want to dive into the code. The file is around here somewhere and if not here, somewhere online.

mod version contains cheats, they dont need to be entered separately (they are in inventory)
If you need cheats for this version, read the first page - Console Variables
Since the relationship develops individually, and all scenes are easily accessible there is no point in asking for the saves the game. You yourself can quickly get everything.

We don't know that yet. Oni is currently focusing on developing more content for the girls rather than abilities that our MC can use, which includes things like dialogue options and sex scenes. Until he says otherwise, there are no other powers.
For a question like this, you should go to the expanded mod page and ask there. But just to answer the question here, Psylocke is a heavily requested character and may be being worked on by someone, but life happens. As for storm, I believe her basic model was made a while ago, but the creator deemed the work not satisfactory and I think is reworking her art. Again, in the future, take these questions to the mod page. You can redirect from here to there by going to the first page and clicking the bottom-most link, or just going to the mod section of F95Zone and typing in Rogue in the search.

As far as I know, there really is no story overall. There is a premise, but I personally don't count that as an actual story, personally. I guess there will be some development with the girls as you level them up and become more familiar with them, but otherwise, I don't think there's much else.

A story would be nice, but the two issues I see with that are:
1) Making a compelling story is probably going to be tough and time consuming. So the time that Oni is spending making a story and coding the dialogue and the events is time he could be spending on coding more interactions with the girls. Also, if the story sucks, then that's another issue that people will be upset with. Even if he has a deep and compelling story as to why you're banging a girl you (technically) just met, her friend, and your teacher, I stand firm by the point that it will probably be time consuming, and
2) What kind of story could you make out of this? If he wanted to make a whole story dealing with other various mutants and governments and whatnot, how would he go about making that in the first place. Remember that Oni is really taking his time with his updates, and sometimes they turn out to be bughunt editions rather than actualy updates. While having more mutants would be interesting, it goes back to my first issue in that it will probably take a long time to code, have art for, and implement a new character. Mystique on the mod page is technically a good example of this. She's a relatively cut-and-paste version of Emma, but I'm pretty sure the original art for her took a long time to do.
