For Kitty you gotta bring her to xavier's office in the night and get some black mail on him, I think Storm works similarly, Laura just scares xavier and Jubes is so new idk whats the trigger for her plan (you gotta have the girls at lv5)
i would really love to see some additional girls to the game. but not all simple students. something like a new faction would be welcome. like a group of girls that will not show up in the academy but would be found somewhere else. like another hideout.
i am thinking about the Brotherhood of Mutan who have a few girls
while it's nice to have beautiful girls in the game, i think there could also be boys to not make you feel like this school is run by a creepy bald man who can see everything through his mind. and you who is basically a the cause of addition to the girls of the school. a few other men would allow you to have rivality, conflict and limitation under certain circunstance. not really to make it become more difficult, but rather to make it less sandbox. because after a while, i pretty much do what ever i want with every girls. having guys who also try to flirt with some girls and act more territoriality, would surely make it more interesting.
So like the girls, i identify 2 group of man that could be interresting to have ingame. they will have their own affection toward some of the girls or just act on their own interest and role. basically they will not usually not get in your way if you are after a girl they do not really care about.
an additional feature would be to have the posibility to shave the girls. you buy a razor and if your relation with the particular girl is intimate enough to fuck her, she will accept to get shaved. this shaving would last only a week or so and after that the hair will start to grow back in 2-3 level an eventually grow back fully (Clean shaved - Regrow - new bush- wild bush). if your are in real relation with the girl, you can tell her to shave or stop shaving completely by talking to them in their room.
Since above i propose to have more girls, it's obvious we should have more place to find them. i made a list of new place that could be added
as there i suggest new quest and new mechanic, it could be a good idea to add some skills to grow to reach your goal
Fitness - phisycal attribute that will reflect your endurance, speed and strengh together. this will be trained in the Dangerzone and will allow you to have higher chance to get out of trouble with rival on date as well as possibly join the sport team to gain more success with the girls
Mechanic - general knowledge of mechanic, it will be trained in the garage by asking X-23 to teach you some base and that will unlock the possibility to fix the vehicles in the garage. it could be a way to earn money as well as a way to get close to Logan who also spend time in the garage working on his collection of vintage bike. eventually this will allow you to get your own bike (and repair it on date) and maybe sabotage vehicles at mystique's request or just to stop scott to take jean out on a date
Technology - general knowledge of technology, it will be learn in the class when Beast is there to teach you. it will allow you to spy for mystique, tweak Kurt's watch to turn him into a girl and eventually create advance device to stop Xavier to use his physique power to catch you
Science - general knowledge of Science, it will be learn in the lab on the weekend when Beast is there to teach you. this will allow you to create aphrodisiac to make the other character more horny (not only toward you) or drug them to make them sleepy. some drug may be sold to make money. but all will require ingredients which would make it costly.
Education - general knowledge of basic school subject. this will be learn by attending the class with anyone but beast, but also by studying alone. once everyone month a test would need to be done in the class and high score will allow you to get closer to the femal teacher. low score will have little consequence, but not attending to it will reduce the love of the teacher for you and cause Xavier to call you in his office for punishment. high education skills will also allow you to gain more affection when you study with the other student.
Bruh, what are you doing, do you want to add another 10 years to the development roadmap? I was in my early twenties when I discovered this game in early development and I'm growing old now. My hairline is receding and I'm getting pudgy around the middle. I want to play v.1 before I die please

it do not matter how long it take, some games stop too early and leave us in our hunger. but the base of the game is already set. the coding and the mechanic is already there. adding content is not that hard from there. scripting events and adding new mechanic is a bit harder. but if it's just adding a new girl, you can always copy-paste the coding of one of the existing girls. change the art and tweak the lines and you get a new girl. it wouldn't even be a day of work if there is no special event associated to the girl. it's the art that might take longer as it require a lot of work.
but as long the game is working and stable, it do not matter how many up-date the game can take, each up-date actually renew the gameplay and since the game already have a lot of content, you can always find satisfaction in it.
I came back to this game after months of not playing it and something seems different. When you click 'i just wanna talk' aren't there suppose to be options on what to talk about? i might be wrong though , i don't remember

You haven't dug through the code. the interactions are all split up between all the char modules, interaction modules, and the rooms have some code. I found some of the negative responses in one place and the positive in an other.

But you do know that this is Oni we're talking about, right? I mean, don't get me wrong: All of what you said sounds all well and good. But as someone who has been following this game since 2017, recently realizing that this game has been around since 2015, and has seen plenty of projects that have started and finished between 2017 and now, there's a certain point where watching a single game develop at a relative snail's pace gets tiring, especially for those who are giving Oni money with the intention on eventually seeing the finished product; which I'm not, but it is a common criticism that I've seen with this games and others that have a similar development duration.
And that's just looking at it as a consumer with only a basic overview of how games are made. Imagine actually having to go though Oni's allegedly bad code and trying to implement every great idea that comes to mind. I mean, I'm sure that prime559 was joking when he/she/they said that it would take 340 lines of code just to get in a Star Wars joke, but the truth really is said in jest when it comes to coding; which I briefly looked at as a potential job opportunity and said "No. Fuck this. I rather just draw."
So my overall point is this: Instead of trying to expand this game, especially since most other attempts to do so have been dead in the water for either a few months or a few years, a different and more capable team is better off making "X-Men: The Porn RPG" from the ground up, and just let this game stay as the we have this at home version of Koikatsu Party.
i would be interesting to add an option where you can ask the girls in the game to wear a vibrator and you could activate it anytime or have them wear it while it's on.

Basically, your ideas have as a base that this game has a coding on the level with the art.
Unfortunately, most artists are not good at coding, and those that create these porn games mostly make it more to put their art into than as an actual game. The creator is clearly an artist that sees the coding as a bonus at best, necessary evil at worse.
I did not look into the code itself, but I am not surprised that the ones that did claim it is badly-done and that the dialogue data is spread all around.
This is not the only game that is so.
Another work often compared to this one, Something Unlimited, also has a creator focused on the art. Its code is so bad it is MUCH heavier than it has any right to be, and its save system has the data on the windows register instead of a file.
There was a time he claimed to be looking for a coder to make it run better, but he changed his mind. And the reason is clear to me: he makes his game using an Unity extension that makes it much easier, but if the code was improved it is very likely this would not be useable anymore and he would need to keep hiring the coder.
