I'll admit that I didn't get the reference despite going for Laura in Wonderland and reading the book as a kid. ...which I'm still going uguu for since, as much as I like Tifa, Alice is more fitting. Yes, I'm aware that would brake the link between Kitty and Laura via Aerith and Tifa and ruin some people's imagining sof Zero being Cloud. But I have a kink for edgy shit, so I prefer Alice.

...Wednesday Addams would also be fitting.

Except the original Grimm tale isn't edgy, American Mcgee's Alice is, which is what Laura's Alice costume is based upon because the Alice in the game had black hair as well, they arguably look similar.
I complained about this before but how do you not know this?

Like being hit by a truck and floating in the air. You just never know if you will end up in an isekai story or fall down to the ground and wake up with plenty of broken bones, but as you never had the choice of being hit anyway...

I honestly don't know what's worse. But love for Truck-kun is real.

Alice in Wonderland isn't a Grimm tale. It was created by Charles Dodgeson and written using the pen name Lewis Carroll.

Personally I found a lot of the original Grimm tales and the lore they were based on to be very dark and edgy. It was Disney and his ilk that watered them down to make them more palatable. For example, in the original Sleeping Beauty, the prince didn't wake her, in stead he raped her and left. She woke up by herself and found herself several months preggers. Red Riding Hood, Hansel and Grettle, and more are equally dark. They were meant to be scary tales to warn children away from dangers.

yeah not many outside of germany know the stories are about cannibalism, lycanthrophy, madness and rapey guys... basically scare kids shitless to never go alone and never ever go into the woods.

by the way, all the talk about gwenpool made me realize, i need a comic about deadpool getting in contact with zeroes blank-power skills and see the inner monologue, how he suddenly becomes sane and everything is dandy until the effect wears off... and everytime that happens, a different author gives his take on his fall into insanity again.

There were multiple versions of blue beard with different endings, if that was even the original title, the grimms stuff was maximum comfy :devilish:

So.. basically what occurred in some comic for DC wherein the Green alien? Forget his name rearranges all of the joker's brain chemicals which causes Joker to become sane again.. which leads him to wanting to kill himself after he realizes everything that he has ever done wrong?

wasn't it when he fell into the Tartarus Pit? It makes people insane but made him sane instead?

I wonder if oni will add some kind of story with the 1.0 version of the game, I really think he could make a mission mode or something like that reusing the code for the Halloween Party
