Is there a particular reason why the dev hates Jean? I mean if he/she hates her that much then why not add the option to persuade Xavier by building up a friendship to remove certain girls from the campus and add them back, if you ever need to...

I`m not against chubby character, they have there own charm as 4 me. Maybe make her art a little more cute, and without tail (except if it`s a butt plug = optional)) .

I actually made a suggestion for him to add something akin to that but via a cheat system he still hasn't implemented, I said why not make it so we can control what days the girls appear on (besides rogue, unless he wants to change the intro all together), and if girls appear at all even. He's supposed to put a cheat system in but I have no idea when he will.
He does have that thing in where when talking to X during one of the 'plans' you can mentioned to him about a girl that's been bothering the MC. I think she gets sent away for a while. But I'm not sure since I never played that option.

About plan Kappa: I visited Xavier's study with Kitty several times. I either found nothing, it tells me shelf requires more throughout search, or that there's nothing of interest now and I should come back later? Am I doing something wrong, or is it truly random as hell?
Just keep visiting with Kitty. It takes more than a few times to find what you want.

Avoid that by quicksaving at Xaviers office before you hit the "explore" button. Just keep checking the shelves and quickload if you fail. It works with RNG, so it's random chance to get it or not. But things you get are fixed. Avoid the lowest, it has nothing.
Not familiar with the character myself but it seems someone needs to tell comic writers to do a little research when creating characters. She can't get a prehensile tail by being given squirrel abilities since squirrels don't have prehensile tails.
There's an option to tell the girls to not hook up with each other in the "talk" menu, but I haven't seen them hook up outside of me directly telling them to. Is there a scene where they secretly hook up, or is this not implemented yet? Perhaps I have to raise or lower some stats? Also, can the girls date each other outside of the player?
You guys know what would be nice? if he could drop the coding, and same on dialogues and story and he could focus just 100% on making the arts for the game and add one other person helping him with that, and other people doing the rest for him beside managing patreon that would double or even triple his speed of getting stuff done. Ofc he would probably need more money for it but yeah that would be nice.
It is implemented, at least for me. It's sort of like when they call you to ask for permission to masturbate. One would call and tell the MC she's with someone else and they invite you to come over and join in. If you decline they will have a comeback. Sometimes you can walk in on them.

I'm a different guy, but I haven't seen girls hooking up on their own or them calling to ask permission to masturbate. Do you know the conditions needed for these events?
For them to actually hook up, they need to have a high inhibition stat and they must be ignored, don't have sex with 'em for at least 3 days. You will easily get one of 'em to call you and invite you to a threesome. And for masturbation neglect scenes, you must have them on high obedience and in the "dirty talk" options, select "about when you masturbate". Then you must order them to not do that firmly, if you're wishy washy about it they tell you to fk off.
