Red button lists girls in the player's harem, blue button lists the girls that are active (i.e. the player has met her and she's encounterable in the world), yellow button lists all the girls. That's all, seems like it's just for debugging.

You have to wait for the number to change. The letter at the end just indicates bug fixes. The earliest we can expect to be able to fuck Storm is v0.994.
At least they have a solid excuse in that they're actually making a stable version of the game.
Same is true for Storm but she needs the files too, which you already have. Just get yourself to level 5 and Storm's Love + Obedience + Inhibition greater than 1900 and you should be set.
What you want to run is Player.Inventory.append("Xavier's files") which I think you can do from the console. Alternatively, get the files with Kitty instead of Storm, that's what I did when I tested it.
for the girl with a big butt but small tiddies i think magik would be a good fit or psylocke. For the Mystique thing I think that's what the mod is trying to do before they went on developing it from scratch.
Yeah, it seems like allowing public sex with each girl one at a time makes less sense the more girls there are. Xavier just doesn't learn his lesson. Even if you wanted to keep the game progression it might be better if it were an incremental thing on what Xavier allows with all girls. For example, do one girl's plan and Xavier allows clothes-on public stuff with any girl, another girl's plan and you can do nudity but not some acts, another and everything is allowed. Throw in some specific things for the teachers because they have higher standards for public acts to begin with.
