like, dude, if you make 720p it won't be 3GB...
although the art is improving, that deserves a thumbs up
here's hopes he goes back to old titles to redraw, also that he learns live2D so that the games filesize can dip in a few gigabytes.

first time playing hotbamboo games? they are all videos basically so that's why things are slow, use 7zip to extract the videos, way better.
the ones where he made it in unity you use UAEBA, this one is tyranoscript so you can use the 7zip thing with the asar compatibility plugin.
