Follow these first steps to insure that we're on the same page:

• Within a clean installation of the VN (no shenanigans, no hackery) proceed with the following:
• In both the "/game/saves" folder and in your "(user name)/AppData/Roaming/RenPy/RosewaterManor-1655984749" folder backup (copy to a temp folder) then delete the "persistent" file (it has no suffix). You must do this in both locations, no exceptions to this rule.
• While you're in those folders delete any save file that starts with "_reload-xxxxxx" as well (in both folders).
• Fire up the VN.

Do that and reply back to this post or otherwise tag me and we'll figure it out bud. Regards.

Just found problem cause by " y_outline.rpy " mod im using on all VNs. delete that and game running but now sancho gallery dont work and in game after click on Sancho mod nothing appears.

You're fucking it all up.. for starters as stated in the OP:


Now you have to follow the 2-step proper installation process EXACTLY (one of the steps is just installing the VN so this is very easy to follow... but it must be done this way):

The proper installation process is two steps, and only these two (for PC in English):

1. Install a fresh/unadulterated version of the VN (no hackery, no shenanigans, just the plain VN). You can do this in a new folder if you wish to retain your existing installation for whatever reason.
2. Install the mod as directed in the OP (place all of the contents of the mod's zip inside the "/game" folder of the VN).

That's it, don't do anything else but start the VN and it will work 100% every time. Try that and report back please.
