If you'd asked me 4-5 years ago when I played the game extensively I probably could've tbh
You can mess around with switches, which can easily muck up the game if you're not careful, but if you did it right you could get I think just about every scene in one playthrough
All I've got left for this game rn though is a bit of sass when I get a notification of someone responding to this long dead mod's thread
ah, i remember that, still mess around with those switches in fact, think I uploaded a modified save here in the past that contained a save that basically tricked the game into thinking you were running all the origins at the same exact time (which surprisingly the game was fine with that, at least for act 1 (never tested how it worked past that), all this did negatively was cause any cases of the origin dialogue (such as the starter conversation in the first town once the game gets past the origin) being the same to repeat and run through all origins so you would have to run through the same conversation like four times in a row (but on the plus side the effects from the conversations carried so you could get a good chunk of influence points) have not researched into how the 'merged timeline' playthrough effects the modern game though.
Edit:for those curious the flags you have to trigger to make the game think your a different origin is 'origin X (such as ORIGIN FARMER) or X origin' (sometimes it swapped it around if I recall but been awhile so not exactly sure the remembering) also as a tip if your going to mess with the origin flags do NOT give yourself the respective start bonuses as well, this will glitch your perk tree and make it so you can not purchase any perks, stick with only one origin perk or at least wait until you have bought all the perks you desire before you add the multiple origin perks but I can not gurantee the game will like the latter.
