everything can be unlocked, some things are translated badly because we used the translator as we don't know English well, we will try to improve that aspect of the game but it can be completed at 100%

So...
If anyone suffers from money grinding:
1. Open registry editor (Win+R, regedit, OK)
2. Find \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\UwuDev\Roxanne
3. Find parameter Gold_something. Set it to whatever you like. Max is 99999.

Only quests I have left are:
City:
Make an emote near someone (can't emote without removing panties)
Have an orgasm near someone (can't orgasm without emote)
Exhibit butt (No idea for this one. I did use right click with the shirt and pants, but nothing works. I tried doing it in front of people too. Also is only 2xp)

The exhibit butt is easy to do you just have to remove both the t-shirt and the skirt or coat, and press the right button if you just remove the skirt it makes you cover

Is my game completely bugged?
I have the patreon version, but I can't equip any emote, I can't undress, I don't have a coat, I tried to buy one, the money went away but I don't have any new clothes.

Save/load. Select a stage and then return home and the new clothes will appear in the menu.
you can either start a stage and then go back home, the cloths should be in the wardrobe or press ESC and go back to menu and start the game again from your save file either way the cloths should be in the wardrobe !

I’ve been following this game for a while and really like the direction it’s going with the remake. I have some suggestions so feel free to use any of them.
1) Areas where exhibitionism is normal like a locker room, changing room, hot spring/onsen, public bath, or showers. Emoting in these areas will raise suspicion but having Roxanne walk around with her clothes off won’t. Female NPCs in this area can also be nude. Could possibly change/steal clothes from these areas. These can be full maps or areas within a map.
2) Interact with friend (long black-haired girl from lock-out) in maps and do lewd things with her. Being exposed around her won’t lead to a game over. Also having her be playable and having other new playable girls with different mechanics/emotes.
3) A beach area where you can use the swimsuit like the pool map.
4) Decorations for Roxanne’s room after completing achievements or buying them. Possibly being able to interact with some of them.
5) The subway idea is good and you could use it to move between maps and possibly do tasks that involve multiple areas in one run like exhib at the store in the city and then at a store at the mall.
6) Storyline quests involving the friend with long black hair and completing quests to advance the story.
7) Missions like having Roxanne starting exposed and buying something at the mall (possibly from her friend since that won’t lead to a game over) and making it back to the start (basically get to the waypoint and make it back). Could also make it for the grocery store too where you grab an item, buy it, and leave (self-check out or from the friend at a cash register).
8) Roxanne being able to swim backstroke and other swimming techniques.
9) Different walking styles/expressions (I believe this is already planned).
10) A camera showing Roxanne walking and a facecam (can toggle on or off).
11) Invite friend to Roxanne’s room to do lewd things. Some people mentioned having Roxanne do lewd things with NPCs but I don’t think that should be a mechanic. Also inviting the friend over so you can switch characters (being able to play as her), talk to her, or start quests. The friend could also be standing in the room and you can interact with her. Also having a mode/quest where you start exposed and have to make it to the friend’s place, like in the city map, or having to take the subway to get there.
12) Remove clothes animation like in the experimental version.
13) A final mission where you start exposed and take the subway and go through each map. The ending would have some images or a cutscene.

In it's current state: comparable, somewhat inferior due to the various work in progress.
In it's potential completed state (when/if that happens): superior in that it's learning from sereka and building off of it with more content.
In it's potential completed state compared to the sereka sequel that might come out next year: That is the million dollar question. My bet is still on the sereka sequel though as that developer has a proven track of producing quality products (as in actually producing a completed 3D exhibitionism game)
