That...is a good question. Have you tried dming a someone higher up to ask how the procedure works?

Any luck? If not, you can try putting it all into a single folder, renaming the folder into something else to help avoid scanners, and then uploading it to a file storage site (Mega, mediafile, etc. The common ones we see around here.) Then post the link in a new thread with a synopsis of the game and such.

I uploaded the zip file to Anonfiles.
