Seeking RPG Game with similar premise to Emilia's Inn

I am looking to identify an rpgm game I played a long time a go which involved 2 siblings, a younger brother and older sister running an Inn/Tavern?

I just remembered it because I found out about Emilia's inn, but it is not Emilia's inn. I could also be losing my mind but I doubt that.
