There was this game I played a long time ago, my memory of it is foggy but these are the things I do remember:
Female protagonist - I believe (though not sure) it was white haired
You start with very little gear, and have to fight against bandits to save a village
On a side quest, you are able to enter a lake, and entering the lake results in a water snake (?) impregnating you
You could either terminate that water snake pregnancy or allow it to take its course
You could recruit another female character to help you fight. If you brought her to the lake, you wouldn't be able to enter the lake, as she'd warn you about the water snakes. You have to dismiss her.
I think (though not sure) the main character also has interactions with a goddess who tells her to go to the village with the bandits.
The gameplay was, I think, rpg maker-y, but the graphics if i remember correctly were not standard rpg maker sprites.
Anyone got any vague idea what game I'm talking about? I'd like to give it another go and see why I never finished it the first time.
