Hi, rpgmaker is super easy and you can learn to understand the program in less than a month.
There should be enough information about the coding and so around other places, there are a lot of tutorials out there.
If there is something that you don't really find you may ask me I will gladly try to help, I'm not working with rpgmaker at moment but I know how to use it.
