Others RPG Maker game doesn't close

I'm playing JRPG, Solganteh and Gold Scientist. When I play for 1-2 minutes, the application become doubled when I'm seeing it during alt+tab. But when I check it in task manager, there only one application. Then I close the game, but the game won't close and still appear in alt + tab. I check it's again in task manager, but there game is really closed in task manager. How to fix this?

The RPGM executable for the game appears to be hanging for whatever reason - maybe a script from the game is still active as a background process and did not shut down entirely

Just do a simple restart of your device, and it should clear it from your alt-tab view/task manager.

I succesfully able to close that by restarting "explorer.exe" in task manager. But that basically restarting my pc. I would like to know what the caused of this issue and is there any way to end that in task manager without restarting anything or prevent it.
