Identify RPG style game ID Student Council Prez (not yukino)

So some time back I DLed a RPG style game with Fem Protagonist, and she was like "investigating" the school as student council prez. I remember there was a Gloryhole in the bathroom...(didnt get to it) its not completed as I remember. I tried searching through tags, but no luck Help appreciated and thank you

this was probably the game where the leader of the "investigation club" does her investigations. Hope that helps someone.
