They announced that they got an offer from Hanabi games to translate it. However *soon* is probably when they have a steam page for the game if any. The games fairly long and text heavy, it took me about 4-6 hours to even finish it with the true end. I highly doubt you'll see an English release until at least near the end of the year if your lucky unless its just cleaned up AI MTL.

Yeah, I'm a bit bummed out that the main heroine didn't get any non-vanilla scenes other than the force rape. Was hoping for more considering the title screen and all. Hopefully they'll release and append Update.
Just see this game on dlsite is this game all about gangbang and sharing? I don't mind the rape but I don't like sharing stuff.

there's no sharing actually (IMO)
IF you go for vanilla route, you will only lewd interact with the main girl (the girl in the cover), that's all.
IF you go for a corruption route, the main girl will avoid you, there's no rape scene or anything beside 1 (u rape her like "teaching feeling" and the ending scene) - Other than that, there won't be any interaction. Other girls aren't important, you barely know or have a relationship with them. You and other corrupted students will have their fun.
If you selected Free Mode at the start u can get the true end on your first run if u know what to do.
