It was a jrpg with a female protagonist who you could turn into a futa near the start of the game. There were a bunch of traps that you'd have to find an item to disarm or otherwise avoid or else there would be a bad end. One of the first bad ends you could get was in a cave with a chest, where a cursed armor set would slowly make you cum your brains out and you'd game over before you could leave. Another ending was in a forest with mushrooms and if you didn't deal with the spores, you'd get mind controlled and start masturbating until you turned into one of the trees nearby, and a mushroom person would try to convince you to fall into that ending anyways even if you had the right item.
There were also caves hidden around the map where you could mate with a dragon and it would turn your character into a dragon girl, and probably lots more. I didn't get particularly far I think so I'm kinda just sprinkling a bunch of ideas and events. Hope someone can tell me what this one was.
