I found a solution to this problem that worked for me, hopefully it works for you.

I checked "Use legacy display ICC color management" and it solved it.

Different game, but worked for me nonetheless.

Bumping this again as I still cannot find a solution to this issue. All drivers are up to date. Issue still persists with the games aforementioned and also preventing me from playing Fear & Hunger. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Two things you could try.

1. Try running it in windows 7 or 8 compatibility mode.
2. Disable hardware acceleration, and force canvas mode.

Disabling hardware acceleration and forcing canvas fixed the issue, thanks!!
Awesome. Keep in mind that it'll decrease performance a bit because you're using software rendering. Shouldn't be a problem normally, but certain RPGM games are poorly coded to begin with. It's better than everything being green though.

so is there anyway to fix without integrated graphics?
Honestly, I have no idea. This is really out of my wheelhouse. I'm not even sure if integrated graphics would fix the issue, or if canvas mode is purely software rendering. (Which is slow as hell regardless)
